LED Display RFQ Completeness Checker

Free LED display RFQ checklist · Before you contact suppliers

Prepare clearer requirements to reduce quotation gaps and compare supplier quotations on the same basis.

Use this LED display quotation checklist to share what you already know about your project. In 2–5 minutes, it organises your information into a clear project summary, flags missing details that may affect scope, cost, installation or delivery, and creates a copy-ready question list for suppliers. Anything not yet confirmed becomes a question — never an assumption.

01

Different assumptions make quotations hard to compare

The same “18 m² LED display” can lead suppliers to make different assumptions about pixel pitch, installation method, maintenance access, cabinet design, and other requirements.

If quotations are based on different assumptions, the prices are not directly comparable — and the lowest quote may simply leave out something your project actually needs.

02

Missing details can change project scope and cost later

Voltage not specified → the power solution may need to be adjusted on site.
Maintenance access not specified → front- and rear-service designs require very different structures.
Environment or installation method not specified → protection, brightness, cooling, cabinet design, or mounting structure may need to change.

Confirming one more condition now is usually easier than changing it on site later.

03

A clear RFQ helps suppliers provide a more complete quotation

A clear, structured RFQ reduces back-and-forth, helps suppliers understand the project faster, and makes it easier to provide a more complete proposal and quotation.

It also helps you see which suppliers truly understand your project requirements and which open questions or quotation scope items still need clarification.

Align the project requirements first. Then compare suppliers.

Don't know something? Leave it blank — it becomes a "question to confirm", never an assumed answer. Your details stay in your browser.

Step 1 of 4 · Project type

1 · What are you buying?

We ask different questions for different project types — the ones that actually change the quotation.

Step 2 of 4 · Common for all project types

2 · Project basics

These apply to every LED display project. Fill what you can.

Step 3 of 4 · Project details

3 · Project details — select a project type

These questions are specific to your project type — the ones that change the quotation the most.

Step 4 of 4 · Common for all project types

4 · Shipping preferences

Select the commercial delivery term you want suppliers to use in the quotation.

Need the quotation checked against your project?

Share your completed RFQ — our engineers review application, installation conditions and available dimensions, and come back with a project-specific assessment.

Method note: this checker organises what you know and flags what to confirm — it does not calculate structure, electrical, wind load or local-code requirements, and does not replace an engineering review.
